  Wild Trax Supply is a small family owned business, located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. We have run a wildcat sanctuary, wildcat breeding programs, and wildlife rehabilitation center in the past for many years and have experience with all size wild felines and other wildlife. We currently raise domestic Bengal cats and Egyptian Maus, see our website at http://wildaboutbengals.com Sometimes we are not able to answer the phone right away when we are busy caring for our animals or helping other customers, so please leave a message when you call or send us an email and we will get back with you as soon as possible.

  Accepted Payment Methods:

Secure Online Payments: Secure online credit card processing through Paypal. Visa, MC, and American Express accepted, as well as electronic bank transfers through PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Paypal respects your privacy, and does not provide your information to third parties.

Shipping Policy:

• 1lb, 5 lb, and 12 lb sizes shipped by US Priority Mail. 25 lb buckets ship by UPS Regular Ground in the Continental US.
• We currently do not offer international shipping outside the US.
• Damages or shortages must be reported within 3 business days of receipt of your package.

If you need to order a large quantity, or more than one 25 lb bucket at a time, please contact us directly for a shipping quote at 501-230-4072.

 
 

 

Returns:

• Returns or Exchanges must be authorized by Wild Trax Supply and made within 30 days after receipt. Unopened Food or Supplements may be returned for a full refund less shipping fees. Opened Food or Supplements may only be exchanged for same item.
• No returns or exchanges after 30 days.
• Returns due to shipping damage must be reported within 3 business days after receipt, must be in new condition in original box, including all product information and paperwork.
If you need to return an item, Call Wild Trax first to get a return authorization, and we will give you instructions on how to return the item.
